My journey…
I moved to LA. Originally from Vermont, my first Big Idea was to get as much hands-on experience as possible. So Immediately after graduating with a film and television degree from Boston University, I relocated to Los Angeles.
I worked. For 20 years I worked in television production, in talent management, and in all levels of media development. I also wrote scripts, directed sizzle reels, produced corporate videos, launched pilots, and started a few companies along the way.
I collaborated. I collaborated with hundreds of media professionals on over 25 series ranging from large stage shows, to daily talk shows, to intimate home renovation shows, to online experiments. I was nominated for two EMMY awards and met a lot of great people along the way.
My current Big Idea. Since 2004, Bob’s Big Ideas has been reserved for a handful of corporate clients and my personal content development. I recently relocated back to New England and I am excited to share my two decades of hands-on media experience with the world by launching Bob’s Big Ideas here in the northeast.
